MADRID -- One man died and three other people were injured in a shooting in a nightclub on the outskirts of the Spanish capital Madrid in the early hours of Monday, emergency services have confirmed.
The incident happened at 06:16 local time at the Cana Brava nightclub in Fuenlabrada. A 21-year-old man died due to a gunshot wound in the head and he also suffered apparent cuts with a machete, according to local media reports. (Spain-Madrid-Shooting)

COLOMBO -- Over 100,000 Sri Lankans receive treatment at government hospitals each year for animal bites, the country's Health Promotion Bureau said on Monday.

JERUSALEM -- Israeli troops shot dead two young Palestinian men during a raid in the occupied West Bank on Monday, Israeli and Palestinian sources said.
The two were killed while allegedly attempting to "carry out a ramming attack" towards the soldiers who were raiding the Jalazone refugee camp, north of the city of Ramallah to apprehend a person suspected of "terror activity," the Israeli military said in a statement. (Israel-Palestinians-Killing)
